Re: Newbe Linux install



Try installing Linux on the first hard drive, put Windows on the 2nd.  If
it's not a BIOS issue (which it shouldn't be, unless your PC is REALLY old),
it may have gotten confused because the / partition (specifically, /boot/)
isn't in the first 1024 cylinders of the boot drive (or, the first 500 meg).

Give that a shot..
