You've probably seen the notice indicating that our Webmaster
has resigned, and with this message I am starting the search 
for someone to fille this very important position.

Our most important requirements are the ability to communicate to
others and a desire to learn. Merely being ignorant of such details
as HTML or CGI programming DO NOT disqualify you from becoming our
Webmaster if you have enough interest to take this opportunity to
