Re: Help... won't boot
Here is my original message:
Not sure what happened here, but I shutdown to install a new mouse. It
didn't shut down properly as it froze during shutdown. I turned off the
machine, plugged in the new mouse and now all I get is this when it boots.
Get the normal booting dialog, then:
Enter runlevel: I then enter 3 (even tried 5) and then I get
INIT: Entering runlevel: 3
INIT: no more processes left in this runlevel
and it freezes there. Can anyone help this newbie out... not a clue on what
I did to make this happen.
Thanks,
Hank
