Nothing really suprising here,  except I didn't think Mozilla was a failure
(i.e. the Gecko engine).  Nothing significant,  and M$ CANNOT open source
Windows,  there a licensing issues about code from lots of companies in
Windows,  all they could do is open up bits and pieces.  Not to say that it
wouldn't be useful,  but only to people on projects like Samba,  so from M$'s
point of view I don't think the idea has any real merit.
