This is a good one, and it raises legitimate concerns for the high-end server
user/administrator. It's a carefully written and thought out article; exactly
how accurate it is can't really be gauged without looking at a lot of Kernel
(and Apache, as a case example) source code.

This ain't FUD; I'd like to see someone like Linus counter-argue this; sorta
reminds me of the monolithickernel vs. microkernel discussions.
