Use the "Passthru Postscript" driver, and use ghostscript to translate to the
printers lingua franca. I'm pretty certain you can get an HP 6xx to work from
ghostscript, although the 7xx and the 1000 will NOT work because they are
winprinters (along with a few older 8xx series).  Check out the ghostscript
