Linux Support Now Available in the ESC (Electronic Support Center)

Hewlett-Packard Company has announced the availability of HP Linux
support services, which provide customers with around-the-clock,
worldwide support of Linux and HP's Linux  applications. HP's new
support services help customers who deploy Linux by maximizing
system uptime and their productivity.  The Linux support model
includes the following support service features:

* Unlimited electronic software call submittal via the ESC, as well
as toll-free phone-in software assistance with two-hour response
commitment and immediate response for critical calls.
* Linux support information, which can be accessed in the ESC via
keyword search.
* Remote software support by HP support engineers.
* Linux system administrator training in collaboration with leading
commercial Linux distributors, helping customers develop their own
technical skills.
