Netscape is very clear on this.  It doesn't support 4bpp.  I will try the -install option tonight to see how it works and what it does, but I'm skeptical.  I tried 4 different visual modes using the -visual option and nothing helped.

Well, you're consistant. :)  That's what you told me last time you looked at my video problems.  Does the monitor matter?  I have an old IBM PS/2 Montior.  I may already have more card than the monitor can handle.  Is this possible?  What are your thoughts on this?
