Please remember it is only an "installation wizard",  it is still installing
Linux.  IMHO, several distributions have had "proprietary" installs for
some time.

They are trying to have a competitive advantage.  They have no other product
other than Linux, which is open.  All a distribution can do is to imrpove
that packageing,  something RedHat has done an excellent, and in my
opinion the best, job at.
