dont know but iof you have access to a redhat cd-rom i know you can use dosutils
on a desktop to start the install you just boot up to dos from windows 95
(making sure the cd-rom drivers are loading) then go to the /dosutils dir and
run autoboot, this is asuming that the laptop has a cdrom otherwise another
option is to perform an ftp ot nfs install, dont know if this will help or not
