As usual I went running for help before checking more
thoroughly. The file that it aliases to is refenced as a relative link
in the HTML in the file I copied to ~/public_html/index.html,
and since it doesn't exist, you guessed it, error 403.
I'll try again with a different file and report back if it still acts up.
Doesn't lynx support style sheets?
