That is a kernel update, and installs with the RPM command
you stated above. HOWEVER . . .
You need to edit your /etc/lilo.conf file and rerun LILO
after you do the update, or you will not be able to boot.
AND, if you have a SCSI system, you also have to rebuild
your initial ram disk. Redhat has a nice instruction page
somewhere on their web site with all the instructions.
It's a good idea to have another way to boot your system,
just in case . . . (floppy, etc).
