New Wheel Mouse doc. on Tech notes page.

Since I recently upgraded to the latest XFree86 3.3.5 version
off BSware 6.0, I noticed the wheel on my "wheel mouse" started
scrolling xterm windows by turning the wheel.  Cool!

The bad news is it didn't work with Netscape.    :(

So, I modified the Netscape application-defaults file to support
scrolling with my mouse wheel.  This has been tested with a 
Logitech wheel mouse, and the Microsoft Intellimouse.

XFree86 and Netscape, check out the new "tech note" on the KLUG 
web site.  You will find instructions and the app-defaults file
