Aha!  You can't import messages into folders,  which is what steered me~
away from doing that.  You can only import messages into outbox, or inbox,~
and then you have to copy them into a folder.  Rather clumsy,  but works~
pretty good once everything is in their.  Only complaint is that mail copy~
and delete is SLOW, like one second per message.  I imported a 14Mb mail~
folder into the Outbox in like 4 seconds,  then it took almost 4 hours to
copy the messages to a StarMail folder, and half an hour to delete them
from the Outbox after that.  But it didn't crash!  Z-mail could do that~
work in less than two minutes.  One reason I think it is slow is that~
StarOffice likes to display something on the screen for every event that takes
place,  repainting the message list after every single message is
deleted and saying "Copying XXXX to YYYY" for every single
message copied,  that just doesn't scale well.  Tonight I'll try starting
the copy and minimizing those panes and see if performance is any better.
