WinLinux 2000

Hello.  The other day i was searching the web at school, and i came
across a program called WinLinux 2000...  Basically for people who dont
know, Winlinux is a "linux OS" that runs on top of your Windows
System.   I was wondering if anyone has head of this, or tried it?  I
was thinking about downloading it, but it is a hefty 130 megs.  And its
just one of those files that just wont download.  Nothing but problems
from every download site.   I was just wondering if anyone had tried it,
and if they could say if it was worth it or not.
