by the way...... was the root partinion on an array?  or was in on a single 
disk somewhere....? i was just wonder because i have my ol' IBM w/RAID.... 
and...... NT4 just isn't what i want to run on it (there are other "issues" 
besides that... like... that i can't seem to find a linux driver that works 
right on it.... and that's the machine is MCA.. and....... hangs on the HLT 
instruction....)

it's kinda of sad that NT was better support for the microchannel arch...... 
i would rather run linux on the box... but... ohh well i guess i'm stuck 
with NT for a while longer :(
