DNS

OK. This is really getting frustrating. I have several internet domains
that I manage. Up until recently things haven't been a problem but now I am
having to move all my dns stuff from an NT box to a Linux box so that I can
phase out the NT box. However in the process I will be moving servers and
all from one location to another and having to change IP addresses. My
current setup is that I have a linux box as the primary name server running
Bind 8 and the NT box running plan old MS-DNS and a second linux box not
serving dns at this point. As I move my servers from one isp to the other I
want to end up with the 2 linux boxes doing DNS and the NT box as a backup
third DNS server hopefully running bind.
What I need to know is what would the best approach be to doing this?
