HAD, unfortunately.  ubclogo WAS an rpm in RH 5.2 but is no longer
included in RH  rpm's, according to 
rufus.ww3.org who has it as /linux/RPM/contrib/libc6/ucblogo-4.6-2.html

The developer I referred to is Brian Harvey who wrote UCBlogo with
students at Berkeley where he teaches CS.  See 
http.cs.berkeley.edu/~bh/ for details.

Question:  anyone know of any LISP with an rpm onto LINUX other than
XLISPSTAT?
