We save a significant amount on shipping and handling (spread out 
overall) by making a single large order.  For a group order, we need 
to collect fees up front, and specify a "cut off" date so that the 
order will actually be shipped.  Any suggestions on the cut off date?  
Or, if you wish to participate in a large order, when you can appear 
at a meeting an present funds.
