Re: assistance requested
i'd love to do that but... ahh... now this'll make you laugh i'm sure... but
i really don't know how to use ftp... what i'd have to do... the two
computers have 10/100NICs and a direct cable connection (i got what should
be the appropriate cable, non-twisted i believe) and i really have to idea
how to see if the two boxes can even talk to each other right now (for
instance making sure the mini-network actually is physically functioning,
yes the NICs light up... but i can't say that i'm even remotely sure that's
a way to see if they are working...)
btw i've telneted before (back before Netscape could check e-mail) but that
was only to remc... i'm unsure how i would over my current network...
