My company runs Redhat 6.2 and all of it's stock components for
everything you listed above (I believe).

We're using Apache for the web server (on Redhat 6.2 CD).
We're using Squid for the proxy server (on Redhat 6.2 CD).
We're using Sendmail for the SMTP server (on Redhat 6.2 CD).
And we're using the stock Redhat 6.2 POP3 and IMAP servers 
for the users to read their email.

For one server we purchased the Redhat 6.2 professional box set 
to get the SSL/HTTPS Apache modules for our secure web server.

I also run IMP as an optional web based email interface for our
users to get their email from any web browser while traveling.
That is the only thing I downloaded separate (NOT on RH 6.2 CD).

The solution is extremely reliable.  The only time it's been 
down is when the power goes out or I take it down to do a
major hardware or software upgrade.
