Parody is covered under free speech, including the use of real logos and
company names, as long as any "reasonably intelligent and well informed"
reader can tell it is, in fact, parody. There is also no "overt will to
defame of libel" in parody. I would think the bit about the invasion of
Cuba would qualify as a story that any such person would key on to mark
this as parody. Of course, I haven't picked up a newspaper in a couple of
days....perhaps they should include a picture of Clinton and Castro
shaking on the deal....

I've posted the story on the wall here at one of my clients offices (a
veritable den of MS iniquity). I want to see how long before it's noticed,
and what the reaction is. Deadpanning it is better! :)
