MicroATX can sit in a booksized PC and typically integrates many functions
like Video, Network and modem. Because of all of the integration
(proprietary) it can get by with a PS less than 100watt, hence the super small
book sized PC (that and the fact that minitower and micro cases usually only
have 1 5.25 bay and 1 or 2 3.5" bays).

I don't remember, but isn't the CPU also relocated??? Bryan would know that.

What is the difference between ATX and uATX?

What do you think, would I get better performance out of a dual 1600 system
(AMD) or a single 2000+ system? I use it for voice mail, fax, games, office
productivity, etc.
