ATX with 3 slots chopped off the end and designed for a 145W PS.  It has
been obsoleted by FlexATX.  Intel loves to change ATX mainboard
offshoots about once per year.  I think they are up to 6 or so now.

Why, are they the same price?  If so, I'd do dual, even though it will
be a bit slower at a few things.

Of course, in DOS-based Windows, dual-processor does NOTHING.
