[KLUG Hardware] Adding new pci ide card

Hi All,

I'm in a fix. I have on the motherboard the ide controller. I am trying
to add a pci ide controller. However, since I don't have linux installed
yet I am forced to run win98. When I put the pci card in, the computer
freezes during startup. I know that this is a linux hotline, but I have
to get winblows up first, to get 2nd hdd installed to put linux on that.
Any ideas what I can do to get winblows loaded, with the pci ide
controller card?
