I have a Linksys PCM200 that works great.
I had to install the drivers from http://www.linux-wlan.com
There is a link to rpms on the site.
after installing them and setting the SSID it worked great.
I use it in RH8 on a Compaq Armada notebook.

I really like the Compaq stuff.
I just built a server on a Compaq ML350 with 2GB RAM, Dual XEON PIIII
2.4ghz, 4 18gb drives on a Compaq RAID controler and it screams! And the
install was smooth and painless.
