As I recall, my GeForce 2 MX video card worked great with Linux, but it 
ran about 10 times better with the available Nvidia drivers.  Nvidia 
changed the way you install their drivers now, and I don't like the way it 
does it (I'd rather just run 'make') so I just use the old version, and it 
works great.

For the money, that's a really good card for linux.
