According to the sendmail log on the server, the message was really
received from the IP:  216.199.196.47

That appears to be an IP of FDN Communications, a Florida based ISP.

If anyone on this list uses FDN as their ISP, and you run Windows, 
I recommend that you scan yourself for viruses!
