[Novices] setting up mail on dial up.

Short answer:  You shouldn't have to do anything with those numbers.

The two numbers are the DNS servers, but they should be configured
automatically every time you dial in.

Just dial in and try it.  If you have problems, let us know how far you
get, along with exactly what the problem is and any error messages.
