I've never used kmail, but you setup most email programs
the same.  Look though the menus and find the preferences,
or create a new account, or whatever kmail calls it.  Fill 
in all the required info (your name, your user name, your 
ISP's server names, etc.) and it works.

If you haven't, you might want to check out Evolution for
your email.
