Not last I checked. IPCOP+WIC<->WAP works but not IPCOP+WIC as a WAP or
AdHoc member; IPCOP lacks the detailed mechanics to change the WICs
mode.

A WAPless network, card<->card, is theoretically possible, but you have
to get the cards into AdHoc mode. I've never been able to get it to
work reliably; most cards claim to support AdHoc mode but seem to just
really not want to do it.
