[Novices] Using Knoppix to Test, Diagnose & Benchmark

Sandra does the following benchmarking...

+CPU Arithmetic
+CPU Multimedia
+Removable Storage / Flash Media
+File System
+CD/DVD ROM
+Memory Bandwidth
+Cache & Memory
+Network/LAN

Plus Internet related speed tests, but there are other ways to do that.
