[Novices] Evolution spell checker

- but still no composer spell checking in evo.  Hmmmm...

I have users that use it on M$-Windows;  but none on Linux.  Given EDS,
D-Bus, and EPlugin I think running Thunderbird on Linux doesn't make
much sense.
