[Novices] recording on a floppy

Using SUSE 9.2.  
I want to copy a couple of pictures on a floppy disc.  How do I do that?
The files I want to copy are sitting peacefully in my documents folder
just waiting for me, but I don't know what utilities to use.  I found
Floppy formatter and Kfloppy but they seem to be just to format a
floppy, I want to record.
What am I looking for and how do I use it?
