[Novices] add to fedora menus

Update: In installed GnuCash from an RPM and it was added automatically
to the menus. I was able to get panel entries for OO.o programs by
dragging the programs (e.g., sbase) from the file browser to the
panel--but couldn't find any relevant icons to go with them. Further,
none of the openoffice.org programs show up in the "Open With" dialog
box. So I can't even tell the computer to open my OO.o desktop document
icons with openoffice. OO.o (2.0.2) installed from a tarball that
included multiple rpms. Presumably there are some icons somewhere in
OO's set of files, but I haven't found them.
