[Novices] which linux iso is recommended for a new install

We are currently recommending Ubuntu for novice users.
 If you prefer the KDE desktop use Kubuntu. 

KLUG offers disks for almost all versions of Ubuntu
for free at each meeting.  We have versions for the
following hardware standard PC, 64-bit PCs, and Macs. 
 We also offer choices of desktop; Gnome, KDE, or XFCE
desktop.

If you attend on the first Tuesday of every month, we
will help you install.
