[Phpsig] php as database manager?

The needs sound pretty basic (but don't they all sound basic at first?)
You can put either hta access permissions on certain forms or use other
methods so that only certain users get the priviledged pages that let them
delete. You can set it up so anyone can add or view through a standard form.
I have migrated some apps here that were paper and binder to
LAMP. Everyone loves it, as they don't have to go to the first floor to
pick up the receiving log to view the information. It is more searchable
and information is now easy to archive.
you may want to define your needs a little better if you want to see if one
already exists. Check out sourceforge.
