[Speakers] LPI Material for test 1 (and 2)

I was thinking about three different topics for a next presentation.

1 LPI Testing material
2 Cascading Style Sheets
3 Samba (unix file extensions)

After the discussions lately I'm leaning towards LPI.  It would be sort
of an outline of information present in an exam preparation book I have
and some links to resources.

Looking at our gaping holes in the near future, I could have an awfully
crappy thrown together presentation prepared for 2004-08-17 or have a
relatively decent one done for 2004-08-31.
