> Bruce, assuming that you are going to do a slide presentation,
I haven't prepared anything yet, but I doubt I'll make any slides.
I'll probably pull up a terminal window and start demonstrating.
Given the time restraints, I probably won't be able to cover all
2000-3000 commands available on a typical desktop system ...
So I was planning on just covering the basics, and showing you how to
find documentation on each command and how to find the names of the
commands you need. (I'm going to try to teach you how to fish, instead
of just giving you a fish)
I've seen you follow along with the presenter was doing on a past
presentation (OpenOffice?), and I recommend you use a terminal window to
do the same thing with me.
I also bet you may have a lot of questions, which I'll allow time for.
But like I said, I haven't prepared anything yet, so if you have other
ideas or suggestions on my presentation, speak up now!

I'll probably only have notes. You can have them when I'm done, but
they'll be very terse and of limited value. I may write something like
"explain shells" or "explain permissions", but since I know the
material, that's all I'll write down on the subject and I'll wing the
rest of the explanation.
If I come up with any good URL's, I'll include them, but that's about
the only thing that will be of any value to you in my notes.

Notes are always good. :-)
