[Speakers] FHS presentation, 3/22

Sorry about the delay: I've been dealing with an assortment of family
commitments that have a nasty habit of sucking up all available time.
How's this?

The File System Heirarchy Standard:
bin, usr, var, lib, tmp, opt, srv, etc. What do they all mean, why are
they all 3 letters, and why are there so many copies of some of them?
The File System Heirarchy Standard is a distribution-independent
specification of what kinds of files go where in a Unix/Linux directory
tree. Tonight's presentation will be an overview of the Linux
filesystem organization and things to consider when installing Linux on
multiple drives or multiple computers.

Presenter:
Mike Williams is originally from Kalamazoo, but now lives in Grand
Rapids most of the time. When not taking care of family, houses, or
pets at one location or the other, or trying to actually make a living,
he reconfigures his mixed house network to look for new and creative
things it can do.
