[Speakers] gpg and open dates

Greetings

One possibility for filling some of the empty dates we have would be to
expand gpg.  As simple as gpg the command line program is.  The fun part is
really the "web of trust" and the use with front ends.

I would suggest doing one presentation on gpg that was strictly a
presentation.  Second do a demonstration of gpg frontends.  Third, having a
key signing party.
