www.libsyn.com - Liberated Syndication. For a small monthly fee ($5
basic) they host the podcast. There is a 100 meg "storage" limit per
month, but there is no extra fee for bandwidth used in the downloading
of the podcast. There software will also help set up the info within
the xml, including all the iTunes material.
