True - and we are about helping out the Open Source movement as a whole,
if the user is in Kalamazoo or Kajikastan.   *BUT* KLUG itself only
benefits from LOCAL users - only LOCAL users can attend meetings,  and
the meetings is what makes the organization 'alive' (in many ways,
including the legal one - see our charter), and only LOCAL users (for
the most part) become supporting members.  So if something requires an
investment in infrastructure that needs to be weighed in a cost/benefit
sense to *KLUG* as well as to OSS.
