Clearly there's a lot of interest in the subject here, but I don't think 
it's all that good an idea.  While a few MP3 players support a bit of 
video with the audio, most of them are going to be audio only, so for 
compatibility, the podcasts would likely also be audio only.  I doubt 
that very many presentations would translate well to this.  You're going 
to lose both the computer screen and the whiteboard.  You'll also lose 
any amount of interactivity, which is really the point of the meetings.  
If a subject lended itself well to be stripped down to "words in a row", 
you could get just as much information from reading a document on the 
web.  Possibly more, as you can go back and reread a sentence you didn't 
get if it's a text document.  Subjects that are good presentation topics 
are the ones that don't work well from a web document, therefore they 
won't work well as a podcast either.  Just my opinion, which is not 
guaranteed to be worth any more than you paid for it!
